The first cardiac CT handbook of the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI Handbook of Cardiovascular CT) was published by Oxford University Press (OUP) in November 2022. Under the direction of Prof. Oliver Gaemperli, HerzKlinik Hirslanden, Zurich (main editor), four other internationally renowned CT experts and contributions from many authors from all over the world, a rich and comprehensive reference work has been created for those interested in cardiac CT at different levels of training (both beginners and advanced). The manual has a handy format and therefore fits in every doctor’s pocket. It comprises 365 pages in A5 format, >500 illustrations, tables, graphs and summary boxes and covers all aspects of cardiovascular imaging with CT in 4 sections and a total of 38 chapters.
